Door-to-Door Service: During our remodel, we'll pick up your furry friend at your scheduled appointment time and return them directly after their spa day. Please have them ready by the agreed-upon time.

Appointment-Based Scheduling: To ensure a smooth experience, we operate using appointments only. If you're running late, give us a quick call to discuss options.

Pick-Up Notifications: After your pup's pampering session, we'll contact you with an estimated pick-up time.

One-Hour Grace Period: Once your dog is ready, we provide a complimentary one-hour window for pick-up. This allows for unforeseen delays.

Kennel Fees for Extended Stays: After the grace period, kennel fees will apply for extended stays. We politely request timely pick-up to ensure a comfortable environment for all our four-legged guests.

Remodel Completion Notice: Rest assured, once our salon is ready, we'll give all our clients ample notice about returning to convenient in-salon pick-up and drop-off. Until then, enjoy the comfort of door-to-door service!

As each pup's needs are unique, the final price reflects breed, size, coat condition, and chosen services. To ensure clarity, we provide a detailed estimate at drop-off, outlining the expected cost.
Payment Options:
For your convenience, we accept cash, credit cards, and checks. Please note that returned checks incur a $35 processing fee.

Age: Your pup must be at least 16 weeks old before their first grooming appointment.

Vaccinations: All dogs must have completed their rabies, distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations at least 10 days prior to their appointment.

Proof of Vaccination: Please bring up-to-date vaccination paperwork clearly showing:

Your dog's name and your name

The date each vaccine was administered and its expiration date

Important Note: Rabies tags alone are not accepted as proof of vaccination.

Rescheduling Due to Late Arrivals:
To maintain fairness and respect for all clients, rescheduling due to late arrivals past the 15-minute grace period will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellation:

To give another pup a chance to shine, please let us know about any appointment cancellations at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly.
Multiple Cancellations:

After two instances of late cancellations (within 48 hours), we kindly request prepayment for future appointments, in addition to the $50 cancellation fee per violation.
Please Note: We regret that refunds cannot be issued for late arrivals or missed appointments.
