Here's what makes it special: -Early Bird Service: Available exclusively on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 8 AM. Quick Turnaround: Your pet will typically be ready by 10 AM (this can vary depending on the haircut and style needs of the pet), ensuring they don't have to spend the day at the groomers. -Tailored for Busy Schedules: Ideal for pets with special needs, seniors, or those with busy owners on-the-go. Cancellation Policy
Respecting Schedules and Ensuring Pawsitive Grooming Experiences: Our Cancellation Policy At Hero Hounds, we strive to accommodate all our amazing furry friends by maintaining a flexible schedule. To ensure fairness for everyone, we kindly request your attention to our cancellation policy: Cancellation: To give another pup a chance to shine, please let us know about any appointment cancellations at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly. Multiple Cancellations: After two instances of late cancellations (within 48 hours), we kindly request prepayment for future appointments, in addition to the $50 cancellation fee per violation. Please Note: We regret that refunds cannot be issued for late arrivals or missed appointments. Why This Matters: Timely cancellations allow us to offer openings to other clients waiting for grooming appointments. Prepayment after multiple cancellations helps maintain scheduling fairness and predictability. We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you need to reschedule or cancel within the 48-hour window, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll be happy to try and find a solution that works for everyone.
