Our Mini Refresh Groom is perfect for keeping your pup clean and polished with the essentials: - Sparkling cleanse: We'll use gentle, hypoallergenic shampoo to leave your pet's coat fresh and fragrant. - Voluminous blow-out: Get ready for maximum fluff! - Tangle-free smoothness: We'll gently brush out your dog's coat, leaving it soft and sleek. - Manicured paws and ears: We'll trim your dog's nails to a comfortable length and gently clean their ears to ensure optimal health and hygiene. - Showered with love: No spa experience is complete without some special attention. We'll shower your pup with plenty of love and kisses throughout the process. - Freshened face and undercarriage: We'll carefully trim around your dog's eyes, mouth, and paws for a neat and polished look. - A finishing touch: We'll spritz your pup with a delightful fragrance for a long-lasting fresh scent. And of course, no spa day is complete without a celebratory high-five!
Cancellation Policy
Respecting Schedules and Ensuring Pawsitive Grooming Experiences: Our Cancellation Policy At Hero Hounds, we strive to accommodate all our amazing furry friends by maintaining a flexible schedule. To ensure fairness for everyone, we kindly request your attention to our cancellation policy: Cancellation: To give another pup a chance to shine, please let us know about any appointment cancellations at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly. Multiple Cancellations: After two instances of late cancellations (within 48 hours), we kindly request prepayment for future appointments, in addition to the $50 cancellation fee per violation. Please Note: We regret that refunds cannot be issued for late arrivals or missed appointments. Why This Matters: Timely cancellations allow us to offer openings to other clients waiting for grooming appointments. Prepayment after multiple cancellations helps maintain scheduling fairness and predictability. We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you need to reschedule or cancel within the 48-hour window, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll be happy to try and find a solution that works for everyone.
